One of the first talks I gave in the UX world (almost 5 years ago already!) was called “No ROI: no UX”. And lately I found myself quoting that title very often.

As if by chance, last week, looking at Google analytics I saw that this presentation was one of the most viewed last month, so I confirmed my suspicion that this topic remains as heated now as it was back then.

So I went through the presentation to see what has changed and what stays the same 5 years on. I´m curious to know what you think. Please comment!
